SkiErg Coaches Course
A coaches course to understanding, programming, and teaching the SkiErg to your athletes and clients.
“It’s great for injuries.”
“Oh man, this makes my arms TIRED.”
“I get the best shoulder pump from this thing!”
“I hate the skierg.”
These are all things I’ve heard people say about the misunderstood machine. And it’s easy to understand why: when you buy one, it doesn’t come with instructions!
The first time I used a skierg, it nailed me. I left dejected and beaten by a machine I thought I would dominate. I had so many questions. The main one being, “Why are my triceps so sore?” I researched everything I could about the skierg. Which didn’t take long - there was nothing out there about it!
Instead of giving up or continuing with a technique that was exhausting, inefficient, frustrating and not improving, I got to work. I studied the machine and I watched people on it. I took it apart and put it back together. I became the biggest expert I could on the SkiErg and then I applied all the knowledge I have about bio-mechanics, movement & rowing to it.
What I created from there is a technique that is based on the most efficient use of our body. The technique I use and teach demonstrates a dependence on a sequence that utilizes our biggest muscle groups first. SkiErging with this technique will make you faster, more powerful and more injury proof as it has regard and respect for the balance required in your body.
I’ve taught this technique to more than 2500 workshop attendees, and athletes from up and coming juniors to Tia-Clair Toomey, the fittest woman on earth.
And now, I’m bring you this course to teach you how to teach it YOUR clients, so you and they can fully utilize this fantastic fitness tool.
