Building Your Midline for Rowing
Build a stronger body to deliver more power, faster, and with more efficiency on the rower
This is designed to enhance your knowledge and understanding of the importance of core strength during your rowing.
During this course you will learn to:
- Understand the benefits of midline training and how to test it.
- Identify the muscles of the deep, inner and outer layers.
- Link rowing and midline musculature together.
- Understand how to integrate midline training as part of the rowing programming.
- Perform, demonstrate and teach a variety of midline stability exercises.
Your Instructor
Qualifying as a PT in 2003 I was immediately bitten by the fitness bug and immersed myself deep in to the fitness industry as both a career and way of helping others become the best possible versions of themselves as possible.
From 2009 I have lectured both personal training and many of the industry’s leading CPD (Career and Professional Development) courses, for Premier Global NASM and have been instrumental in delivering a wide syllabus of knowledge to countless numbers of students looking to start a career in the fitness industry.
My passion has always been rowing both competitively and that of a coach. My aim is to deliver the highest level of expertise to my clients in both rowing and sports conditioning sessions. Whether it be face to face or online, I pride myself for the quality of work I commit to each client and value the feedback each client brings as a way of better developing my practice in this ever growing field.
It’s a rare day I won’t actively pursue knowledge that will progress and develop me as a trainer and coach.
