This training plan offers the simplicity and guidance you've been looking for. It's a mobile workout plan, with as many workouts as you need a week, built around all three Concept2 machines, that will give you the body you want to keep you healthy and happy for you and your family.

Use this plan with any or all of the Concept2 machines to keep your workouts varied, fun, and timely.

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
Are there any videos to watch?
There aren't any videos with this plan but that's for a reason. As a busy person, we know your workout time is previous. Watching videos and wasting time sorting through different links and clicks only eats into the time you should be spending getting a great sweat. If you head to our Youtube page https://www.youtube.com/darkhorserowing you’ll find loads of advice/guidance on how to maximize your experience and get comfortable with your technique.
Where do I keep track of my results?
We encourage you to either use ErgData or the Concept2 Logbook for tracking your results. We could have come up with some fancy algorithm that would blow you away but we figured, why not just use what's available? When you signup, you’ll also find guidance on how to join our Facebook group. This is a closed group so only members on this and our crew plan have access to be able to post pictures and gain support and guidance from others and the coaching team.
How many days per week should I workout?
The plan is built around how many sessions you want to commit to. If you want to workout 7 days a week on a mixture of equipment you can pick and choose the sessions that suit your time commitments. In total, you get 9 workout options per week. The Express plan is also designed to fit around other forms of working out, so if you do any other exercise classes or forms of training, this is the perfect plan to add in some extra conditioning.
How does the program work?
Each week you will see 9 workouts available to choose from to be performed on the 3 main pieces of Concept2 equipment. You can pick and choose the workouts you wish to complete or follow along on only one piece of equipment to maximize the results you get.
What results should I expect to see?
If you're using only one piece of equipment you'll see significant improvements in your fitness from both a mental and physical perspective. The Express plan is designed to challenge your bodies ability to work areas like your endurance and speed, but also your understanding of the machine and how to feel like you got a great workout. If you’re using multiple pieces of equipment then not only are you going to get fitter in multiple domains, you'll also see significant progress in your ability to challenge your body in different ways.

Qualifying as a PT in 2003 I was immediately bitten by the fitness bug and immersed myself deep in to the fitness industry as both a career and way of helping others become the best possible versions of themselves as possible.

From 2009 I have lectured both personal training and many of the industry’s leading CPD (Career and Professional Development) courses, for Premier Global NASM and have been instrumental in delivering a wide syllabus of knowledge to countless numbers of students looking to start a career in the fitness industry.

My passion has always been rowing both competitively and that of a coach. My aim is to deliver the highest level of expertise to my clients in both rowing and sports conditioning sessions. Whether it be face to face or online, I pride myself for the quality of work I commit to each client and value the feedback each client brings as a way of better developing my practice in this ever growing field.

It’s a rare day I won’t actively pursue knowledge that will progress and develop me as a trainer and coach.
