Foundations Overview

Welcome to Intro Foundations

In this portion of the training plan you're going to be learning all about how to move better on this machine and lots of the fundamental facets of the rowing machine. Feel free to get in as many workouts in a session as you're comfortable with and progress at your own pace.

Most workouts will have an explanation as well as a workout. Please watch the explanation first to go into the workout with a plan and be ready for what you'll be doing.
