Focus on reaching catch position and feeling that compressed sensation in that position;

Program Brief:

Focus Points:

  • Heels down on the footplates.
  • Shins vertical.
  • Hips behind the knees.
  • Arms extended.
  • Chest up nice and proud.
  • Shoulders forwards and relaxed NOT rounding of the back.
  • Hands gently gripping around the the handle - No death grips!!
