Focus on reaching catch position and feeling that compressed sensation in that position;
Program Brief:
Focus Points:
- Heels down on the footplates.
- Shins vertical.
- Hips behind the knees.
- Arms extended.
- Chest up nice and proud.
- Shoulders forwards and relaxed NOT rounding of the back.
- Hands gently gripping around the the handle - No death grips!!
